The Japan Hawaii Travel Association (JHTA) will celebrate its 55th anniversary in December 2025. As part of its commitment to giving back to the community in this milestone year, JHTA has launched an "ADOPT-A-BLOCK" initiative. The designated area includes the blocks along Seaside Avenue and Royal Hawaiian Avenue.
We sincerely invite all members to support and participate in this activity to help foster a cleaner, more vibrant environment.

· 1st Event: Wednesday, June 18, 2025 – Completed
· 2nd Event: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 – Upcoming

On June 18, JHTA board members led the first round of cleaning efforts in the designated blocks.
What is ADOPT-A-BLOCK? ADOPT-A-BLOCK is a volunteer program that encourages residents, businesses, and organizations to take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness in specific blocks or areas through regular clean-up activities.
